Best Practices for Splydmnd Setup

The "Footer" Rule: Most customers look for contact info at the bottom of the page. Ensure your "Contact Us" link is clearly visible in your Footer Menu.

Splydmnd Legal Settings: Go to Settings > Policies in your Splydmnd Admin. You can paste your contact information into the "Contact Information" section. This automatically populates the info on your checkout page.

Transparency: If you are a high-end or luxury brand, providing a physical business address (even if it's a PO Box or registered office) adds significant credibility.

Avoid Generic Emails: Using a domain-specific email (e.g., hello@yourbrand.com) looks much more professional than a Gmail or Yahoo address.
